The place was clean. Upgrades are needed badly. Carpet was spotted and damp feeling. The bathtub was chipped. The drain stopper in the bath was chipped and discolored. I didn’t put anything in the drawers, the bottoms were discolored. They need to upgrade to central air where you control it with a thermostat. Staff were pleasant. There was never any coffee made I check several times. It served it’s purpose for why I was there, I will never stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located for my requirements, however it was on a busy intersection and traffic noise was a problem. The hotel is modern in style and comfortable, however the whole premise is tired and in poor condition. Traffic noise, poor general condition.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.

Property looked clean on the outside . Lobby was clean We were there with a group of 10. So we got to see 5 different rooms. The carpet had terrible stains, we had roaches in our room, the plug in our bathroom did not work. 2 of the other rooms had dirty sheets and had to ask for clean ones. If the carpet is stained so bad that a a carpet cleaning can’t get it up … it’s time for new carpet or No carpet.?

The carpets were filthy, the sheets had stains on them, and the pool was so small it shouldn’t even be called a pool.

Staff was great! The lobby and general public area was very clean. Now the rooms, I had 2 rooms. Wife and me had the accessible room with had carpet which was pieced together and didn't look very clean. The ac & heating unit vents had white dust and other dirty inside! Our walking shower need some kind of barrier on floor or longer shower curtains, floor towel or rug gets soaked. The amenities like iron and ironing board was missing also. My daughter's room was fine, floor was tiled or laminated!

I never have complaints except for this time. My sheet AC was soured and when I asked for clean ones. I had to change them myself
