Staid the previous night, the employee HE was awesome. Went to check in on this night (unforseen circumstances we had to stay an extra night), we arrived parking lot was dark, the lights then started to flash outside on the entire building. My husband and I walk in and the lady immediately started telling me my reservatik. Was not paid for when it in fact had been. Went outside a me back with another paid booking then the girl started to get an attitude because my id didnt match my reservation. The first name is the same, im a newlywed. Auto correct, the the little girl started to scream at me telling me she won't check me I and its all my fault. Yeah needless to say we didnt stay there we went elsewhere, had a wonderful experience elsewhere, reported this little gir, got both my r funds back. 19 out of 10 do not recommend
