Holiday Inn Express and Suites Urbandale by IHG

Pleasant

Facility was clean and staff was friendly. I would have preferred to have coffee in my room rather than walking down from 3rd floor for a cup. Staff was friendly but unavailable at checkout time (About 630AM) So I dropped my key in the can at the desk and left while another guest was impatiently waiting to check out because he needed a receipt. Overall the stay was very good.

All good

Clean. Seemed to be a fair price Staff always courteous and helpful. Quiet nights sleep. Great breakfast. We will be back

Comfortable, clean rooms, full breakfast with hot food, good location for our activities while in town, quiet. Oh, and I loved the blackout curtain. It kept the room very dark so we could sleep past sun-rise. Wouldn’t give us a 1 hour late check-out. But I guess we didn’t ask early enough?

Good breakfast black out shades in room, location One of the bed lights was burned out

Close to everything I understand the state fair was going on but it was $190+ night

Very good

Woke up to ants crawling all over the desk and suitcase lounge. Ty at front desk was just like I’ll let maintenance know.

Clean room and nice breakfast.

I stayed here with my daughter and a friend of hers for a night during the State Fair. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, parking was plentiful and the rooms were very clean. There are also lots of restaurants close by. My only complaints would be the a/c was very loud making it a little hard to sleep and the breakfast was just okay. Overall, a decent stay for a reasonable price!

This was a great property! It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast bar area was nice, well kept and great selection of breakfast food items. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were extremely friendly & accommodating. Place was clean. Location was great and easily accessible to the interstate.

Great stay!

Cleanliness

Family Holiday. Everything was wonderful. Very happy with our stay. Kids loved it. I will return.

The staff was very welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of safe parking. Breakfast had lots of options and was very good.

My only negative was the frig froze up.
