The bathroom ceiling had spots of mold present, the caulking appeared to maybe as well? The shower rod was very loose, though that didn't bug us. Slight smell of smoke. AC worked great! Temp knob on mini fridge was missing so hard to change after we found it froze everything we put in there. The front desk staff that worked pm of 10/2/26 was amazing and awesome though!

Linen had holes. For the price it could be better. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast okay for free. Over all 3/10 stars

At least it was cheap. The A/C worked, and the room was relatively OK It was dirty inside the building. The place is generally run down with obvious damage, stains, and mechanical issues. The staff were fine, but you can tell that they are kind of phoning-in the job. They are there to make a wage, and are going to do enough to not get fired. The place is back in a corner, and by two cannabis shops the outside reeks of weed, and many of the guests do as well.

Rooms had bed bugs. Had to kill about 6-7 before asking to change rooms. They promptly helped and apologized. New room was much cleaner

Over all cleanliness of the property was poor. Shower curtain was poorly fit for the shower causing water to leak on the floor. Towels were rough and small, I have better car wash towels. No staff at the front desk on a couple of occasions. Spend the extra $30.00 for a better stay somewhere else.

Great customer service the food was good and they had a variety of different options

It wasn’t the worst, but it definitely wasn’t good either. There are several improvements that could be made to the property to make it a better and more comfortable option for guests visiting the area.

The mattress need to be updated

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was great! It was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

Next time I am in town I will be staying here!

I called Expedia and they spoke to the front desk and told me there is nothing they can do because they told her the hotel is full. Well, there was only 20 cars outside. The hotel was not full. After 1 1/2 hours, I asked about a handicap room and they moved me there. It was much better but not great. I am told they have different owners than 2 years ago when I had a great stay. Also, the breakfast was without yoghurt or fruit each of the 10 days that I stayed. Not a good experience.

The Staff was nice. Room was clean. I didnt like the smells in the rooms, Almost like wet carpets with people who smoked. The TV volume would not work so you could only listen on one volume. Could use more Trashcans. There was only 1 small trashcan for the whole room!

The handicap parking is right up front, but it's the pot smoking zone. Lobby nice, elevator in traffic zone in hall, room nice, toilet is from the 70's, needs replacing. Traffic in area is crazy, but that's Michigan right

Shampoo, toilet paper, paper cups. Also the bath towels are so thin you need 2 to get dry.

Staff were very nice and prompt to assist, the place was clean, will certainly return.
