Room was faily dirty with quite a bit of broken fixtures. Staff was really nice.

The staff was excellent and no where near reflective of my experience...but for $180 a night...the price was not worth it...Room was clean, bed is comfortable and breakfast was delicious. However, I go to check-in and find out their elevator is shut down. Then find out there's not a single Ice machine in the building. None of which was listed on the ad for when I made my reservation. So I felt a little dooped. The front desk clerk was very accommodating as she got me ice from behind the bar, and let my guest park overnight. So the staff overall 4.5/5 stars, the hotel itself...2/5 stars.

The long-term guests were rude and treated the “passing through” guests like they were in the way of their home. It was very unpleasant. One man cursed at the child that was with us more than once. The elevator was broken.

I love the breakfast and comfortable bed, the pool area was nice. I went for the hot tub, which was hot but a sign said the jets wasn't working so kind of a waste of a trip and expensive room for my daughter and I to enjoy... The hot tub not working

All the staff were very nice and helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!

the facilities and the rooms were not so clean they also need to keep up with the maintenance of the building the bathrooms need an upgrade right away

Convenient location to major roads and local amenities. Reasonable rate The property ‘perimeter” was not kept up. Litter was all around and left for many days. Dog excrement was left in areas where patrons were allowed to take their pets. Receptacles were provided to dump picked up dog excrement, but was never emptied. Garbage cans were overflowing in common areas.

The room needed a deep clean. The bathroom door was filthy. Paint was chipping off the door. The closet door did not shut. The walls of headboard were dusty. The paper towel in kitchen was dirty, it looked like it had been there years.
