The staff is truly wonderful, always friendly and seeming genuinely available to help. They make you feel welcomed and cared for every time.

it was a great place to stay at.
-
Our room was clean, the staff was pleasant, the free breakfast was lacking. All and all, it was an unremarkable stay. Nothing phenomenal, nothing trip ruining or the like.

Very nice people

It was clean, the breakfast had options, and the staff were nice and helpful.

I expected better, the hotel definitely needs updates. The elevator was gross hand prints all over.My room the bathroom isn’t private at all! It’s a shower curtain next to the couch, you go to number two the room will stink. My toilet was running for five minutes before it stopped when flushed. We didn’t even stay the night 👎👎👎👎

The breakfast has some great options including quick, make your own waffles. There were your normal grab and go items such as fruit, muffins, yogurt along with oatmeal, cold cereal, bread and toast options, bacon, and eggs.

The cleanliness of my room was stellar. Better than some other places I've stayed at with the same price point. Being able to check in online made things so simple.

Didn't have a long enough stay.

We loved the hotel, the hot tub room is an interesting set up but it worked great was hot water and room was nice and clean upon arrival. We liked the location compared to Sterling Heights.
-
Parking lot lights could be seen in the room at night even though heavy curtains were pulled.

Everything went well. It was a very good stay.

The property was well maintained. Clean no problems at all.

Comfortable bed. Convenient location
-
This is a very old property. It appears that they are in the process of remodeling, but there is much work to be done. It wasn't very clean or well maintained. The staff was very friendly and polite, however. The location we convenient as well.

Location Jacuzzi’s jets didn’t work in room and there was nothing done about it or offer to accommodate

While comfortable, the property is tired & needs more than cosmetic updating. Our peaceful breakfast was assaulted by loud FOX news on the TV in the breakfast room. Why when all have a TV in their room?
