Great staff, great rooms, great atmosphere

Ease of check in. Friendly staff. Promptly addressed request to have a 5th floor room versus the first floor despite being fully booked. Cleanliness of room & modern interior. Decent continental breakfast. Freeway noise. Management should consider upgrading to dual pane windows. Booked a 2 queen room however 508 had two double beds. One of the mattresses should be replaced. I heard coil springs and losing its firmness. Carpet in elevators very worn with stains.

The room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was a little outdated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The only thing to keep in mind is that parking comes at an additional cost. It was a good thing we had read the reviews beforehand and were prepared for that. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Front desk ladies made comments about how horrible their day went and were not too pleasant.

Breakfast was great! Bed was not so great. Refrigerator was small with unreliable temperature. It fluctuated and didn’t keep items cold. The “kitchen” was inadequate. Not really a kitchen at all. Trash cans were so small you could only throw 2 empty bottles of water. Would have liked to recycle them but there was no receptacle for recycling. However there were no plastic bags in trash cans. There were no Kleenex boxes but front desk did have packages of tissues. Also no Do Not Disturb signs to put on door. They did however have Space Please signs. What’s up with that? There were no luggage racks. Had to put suitcases on the floor! Good Grief! As for the window it didn’t lock properly so used a walking cane and two hangers to make sure window couldn’t slide open. Did this because we were on the ground floor. That’s about it. The hotel was close for my needs since I was there for 10 days on business.

After reserving and pre-paying for a roll-in shower room months in advance, and then confirming it by phone on our check-in day, I was notified a short while later by email that our roll-in shower room had erroneously been given to someone else. This aggravation added to an already stressful travel day. The desk clerk was very apologetic and did work to correct the error by providing us an accessible bathtub room. The room itself was nice, a bit tight in some spots for a wheelchair, but overall good.

Everything was great. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. Great location, friendly staff. My biggest complaint is the harsh lighting throughout the entire building and lack of good, bright lighting in the room.

They did come up with a surprise parking fee that wasn't mentioned on the web site. A surprise rip off.

Loved our 1 night stay at this hotel! Never stayed at any Springhills suites before. The layout of the room was amazing, everything was clean and that Mountain View was gorgeous! Will definitely book again!
