Candlewood Suites Windsor Locks Bradley Arpt by IHG

Clean and comfortable. Hard to find Parking terrible

Excellent service!

The staff was helpful

Every staff member encountered was pleasant and professional and extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and resolved a late-night noise issue upstairs from our room immediately. Everything was clean and convenient. We loved the Dove products in the bathroom too. Our daughter was able to exercise in the fitness center while I got some work done at the desk in the adjoining laundry room. The 24-hour coffee / tea bar was a nice touch too. Thanks!

Convenient location close to the airport. Staff friendly and kind providing good service. Room with appliances, and all you need from a kitchen. Quiet, clean, and comfy.

Our room had a very sticky floor. Several spills.

The room was really spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfortable and staff was very friendly. The elevator was a little slow but that was no real issue for us.

Stayed less than 24 hrs but the property was well maintained, and the bed was supper comfy!

I didnt have breakfast. Coffee pot in room didnt work. Air conditioning freezing and would not shut off. Cinfusion at check in regarding my price.clerk short. Other staff interactions were very pleasant. I was able to leave my car in the parking lot. It was safe. I took shuttle to airport.this was a major factor for staying there. I would stay again. Entrance to hotel shabby. Run down and minimal. Needs some up lifting in decor. My first interaction with clerk was not good.she was short and rather argumentive, and changed the price i was to pay.it was not what i was told when i booked room. I had no choice , but had to argue .

Comfortable bed

Convenient location

The room was very nice! I enjoyed the stay. The pool was out of order and we were unable to swim. There were ants in my room. I let the staff know and they attempted to clean them up but they were still there. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay!

Firstly, there was NO kitchen or restaurant. We were 1st placed in a room that wasn't cleaned yet. We were thankful for rails to hold onto in the bathroom. Don't know if we'll be back.

The staff there is great. They do whatever is needed to make sure that you are satisfied.

Convenient to airport. Shuttle to airport. Not ready to check us in at the check-in time. Very trashy overall. The worst hotel that I’ve stayed at in years, a terrible value. No better than a very cheap motel. So disappointed.

Great place for the Big E

Room was very clean and updated.

Staff was very friendly and they are renovating, but did not have a big mess.
