Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bradley Airport by IHG

This hotel was very convenient and the beds are wonderful! The staff tries to keep it clean, though our bathroom could hav3e used a little bit more cleaning around the edges of the shower, etc. All in all, an OK stay.

Excellent location, very clean, good breakfast, ample parking. Some of the staff were very helpful, but my morning shuttle reservation wasn't even recorded by the front desk clerk. The real problem was the HVAC: In my first room, neither the thermostat nor the unit controls would stop the fan, so I had to pop the circuit breaker. In the second room, the thermostat didn't work at all, although the unit controls did. I would definitely go back, but they really need to upgrade their HVAC.

Shuttle Transportation details by staff were poor and waited 25 minutes for the shuttle.

Just what was needed for a one night last minute stay due to a Bradley delay. Nice and clean and super convenient shuttle to the airport.

good location - property not well maintained

This property is convenient to the airport. Amazingly they had fruit, yogurt and muffins available before 4 am, which I know bc I had an early flight. The coffee machine is automatic with grinders on top so no set up there. The rooms were clean if spartan. The bed was relatively comfortable. They have a pool but we don’t use those amenities. The airport shuttle, run by a third party, gets you to the airport quickly - less than 10 minutes at 4:20 a.m. overall, however, I thought almost $200 was a lot for this level of hotel (2 star) when others nearby charge a lot less. Maybe the others are less clean and/or do not offer breakfast or shuttle service. If the price works for you this hotel is fine for a pre-flight overnight stay,

Hotel is a bit worn. Breakfast was okay. Somewhat limited options.

Called hotel upon landing at airport to check on “24/7” shuttle because we landed so late at 2:30am… just to be sure we’d get picked up promptly so we could sleep. After SEVERAL rings a guy answered and said the shuttle goes back and forth non-stop should be there shortly. Apparently it was, but the shuttle was not marked nor did the hotel guy tell us what to look for otherwise. Called back.. and again, long ring until he answered… said it should be there shortly (again) and it’s “blue and white van”. Nothing for 10-15minutes so we had to call and Uber. Getting back to airport, the shuttle guy we got was great. Seems like this might be a lack of communication to guests by hotel IMO.

Nice clean, spacious room. Quiet at night. Good continental breakfast. We would stay again.

Also we booked a room with a sleeper sofa and we didn't even have a sofa in there. There was room for it, but it wasn't there. Very disappointing.

Great location next to the BDL airport with free shuttle service to and from.

The floor in the room was filthy

Door to men's room in reception area won't close. Door to bathroom in room 320 would not close due to scraping on the floor.

On top of this , the Room had a spider infestation so that was unsettling. Breakfast seemed old, food seemed like it was prepared in a factory several months ago and shipped to this location. Facilities were older and run down, AC unit in my room sounded like a cement mixer. Who know, it was probably filled with spiders. Stay somewhere else, sleep outdoors if you have to.

Room was clean, shower was hot and great water pressure. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Really enjoyed the egg white omelet and the biscuits with sausage gravy. Stayed here 3 nights (split over a week's vacation) and was very happy with the stay

Room was very clean, staff was pleasant , we had a shuttle for 320am and the gentleman on duty brought us out some breakfast items. Airport shuttle was a huge help for us this morning as well

Robert from the kitchen was very attentive five and always ensuring guests were okay. He constantly replenished items and was always willing to assist
