Location I didn't get what i paid for. I got a room with two twin beds. They were very uncomfortable.

The hotel staff, room and the hotel itself were all great. I didn't have any issues.

Left an item in the room. Came back the same day to pick it up and the staff told me they could not find it. Not sure they really looked.

The valet was very helpful and friendly, and the front desk was nice too.

Location to the GWWC was fantastic, I walked a couple of times from hotel to Conference Center.

I didn’t get the room I originally paid for and the room they gave me the refrigerator would freeze then unthaw so the carpet was soak and wet. Every time we would open the refrigerator it smelled like a dead body so we couldn’t keep anything cold.

Clean room from dust, some of the receptionist staff were not friendly (check in). Tv’ s should include apps like Netflix.

Housekeeping doesn't do through cleaning, I find someone personal item underneath the bed, there were any trash bags in the trash bins. I had a pool view/access room with no hair dryer.

Conveniently located, didn’t have to worry about parking Sink and tub doesn’t drain properly and even after notifying front desk, no one came

No house keeping if you stay less than 3 days . Front desk need to trained to speak with respect and professionalism . I had an early flight but unable to spleen due to the noise coming from the next room. They were slamming the door and arguing /talking to each other a lot 2 am . I had to get up twice to make sure my doors are locked since someone was trying to open my door. I felt unsafe .

The location is great. Unfortunately the room itself was a letdown. It had a musty smell and a damp feel that made it hard to settle in.
