Convenient location At checkout, live polite staffer was available to tell me where to deposit the key with the video staffer. I have to say the video staff check-in experience is very odd, although the staffer was polite. If it is safe enough to have cleaning staff onsite then there should also be a human checking in other human guests.

This is fine if you need a quick stay in Downtown Atlanta. But be aware that there is a lot of road noise. The building does feel old and run down, however the room was fine, and check in was fine as well using the virtual staff member. We paid $15 to store our luggage the day we checked out (luggage storage closes at 7PM). The towels and the bedding left something to be desired. The towels were very small and had permanent stains on them. The bedding had what looked like cigarette burns all over. The staff does come in the morning and ask if you want housekeeping. I probably won't be back, but if you're in a pinch and looking for a budget motel, that's what it is.

No one worked there it was a kiosk like some near dystopian future. I felt a bit like I was in prison with the roar of the highway yards away. It’s a pretty frightening place though there was no real danger, sort of existentially. I’d not suggest it to anyone except the bravest traveler.

As a firefighter I would love to know why the window's in the room i stayed in had 1" long bars screwed across the window's preventing them from being able to be opened.I have photo evidence.

The property was fine. Paying for parking. Was different. No hair dryer that I saw of. I didn’t really need one but just normally see one in rooms. I may not have looked in the right place.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room. It's quiet. The hotel staff are kind. The closeness to the host hotels for Dragoncon. The front stairwell and elevator have no air movement and it gets very hot and stagnate. Both door keys also deactivated even after keeping them away from our cell phones. We had to return to the kiosk to get more door keys. When we returned to the kiosk they didn't ask for any ID, just our room number, I feel like anyone could have gotten into our room and car that way.

Ideal for a cheap stay

It's the location. Period. It is next door to the Hilton. The parking garage under the hotel is poorly lit. The lobby is un inviting. You check in through an online teller, but there is a person behind the glass if there is a problem. Everything is from 1975. The rooms are clean. There is a microwave and fridge and ice machine. There is a vending machine in the dingy lobby. The towels are see through but you get shampoo and body lotion. Staff are nice but the whole check in process is confusing. For 478 a night during Dragon con, they need to step up their game.
