The view was wonderful. The room was wonderful. Didn’t know we had to pay for parking. It said bring ticket to the desk for a stamp and they just stared at us.

Clean, nice staff, shower should accommodate taller guest, but other than that. 5 Stars!

The view was amazing on the 19 floor The doors room need to be more sealed,, because I can hear everything on the hallway i don't sleep well for the noise

Great location to the hospital Toilet was running and my husband fixed it. Plugs pulled out of walls. Dusty walls and adjoining doors. Loud neighbors.

Great time! Was there for shaky knees and I had a great experience 😎

No hot water. Thermostat did not work (A/C stuck at 66 degrees). Walls are so thin you can hear the conversation in the next room.

The location and the view. The staff was very pleasant ..and most of all ..I LOVE CLEAN SHEETS There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

That being said, I do feel the rooms could use some updating and a little more attention to detail. The room itself could have felt a bit more polished, and one thing that really stood out was the vent above the shower in the bathroom, which was extremely dusty. That’s something I feel should be addressed as part of the regular cleaning and maintenance of the room. The TV was another area that could use an upgrade. It felt pretty outdated and wasn’t a Smart TV, which was surprising for a Hilton property. The channel selection was also fairly limited. I would have liked to see more entertainment options and a wider variety of channels that appeal to guests of different ages and interests. Overall, the staff was great and made the stay enjoyable, but some updates to the rooms, better attention to bathroom cleanliness, and improved in-room entertainment would make the experience much better.

Excellent location…

The only issue was the bathroom sink was slow draining and backing up with water and I had to go down stairs and request a maintenance repair...

The location is perfect, the staff is very helpful, room had the best city skyline view. i will be re-booking soon :) Def worth it

Our recent stay at the Hilton was great, they did have hot breakfast available for purchase and danish, iced coffee, etc! The breakfast staff was so kind and helpful! Our room was perfect, and the view is amazing!
