Fire alarm multiple times in the night

Good breakfast

The hotel was dirty, and the staff was aware of the stains that were in the room. They assured me there would be a refund at check-in and she reassured me a check out. There would be a partial refund for the dirty carpet especially. Being too tired after traveling long hours, we decided to stay. We regretted that decision when the refund was not given. The desk staff lying about a refund is unacceptable.

Clean room
-
Our room was very clean and freshly painted. The breakfast was good--eggs, bacon, warm biscuits, yogurt, etc. Housekeeping is every 3 days, so they should supply 6 coffee packets. Dish TV didn't have a channel we wanted so we went to a sports bar to see our game. New River Gorge National Park is truly beautiful!

Great Stay
-
Staff was very helpful when we complained about the smell in the room, like they tried to cover the smoke smell. The bed was good, clean and linens did NOT smell bad so we could sleep.
-
this was my first time staying at the comfort inn beckley! the rooms are very spacious and clean! there was only two minor things, we never made it to breakfast, as it is over at 9. every place else is always until 10. and maybe put smart tvs in the rooms so when the weather is bad, you could at least watch something. satellite is kind of obsolete now!
