Room was comfortable. Breakfast was not that good.

Would like a chair besides the desk chair in the rooms.

Staff was terrible. Clerk not at desk for ten minutes. Had to wait to check in. The hallways smelled like mildew and the rooms were tiny and not updated. Won't EVER stay there again.

The gym was more than adequate I liked the water machine. Enjoyed the pool table. The breakfast girl did not show up. It was a little late, but they pulled it off.

The room was clean which was a plus —lots of road noise from the highway though.

The Reception was fast and cheerful! The room great as always!

Shower was great Breakfast choices. Room had stuff in the trash can. A bit noisy.

The property was right on the beach for a good price. It was also convenient to a few shops within walking distance. The pool is beautiful and there was a bartender there if you wanted an adult beverage. It would be nice to add a workout area. Some areas of the hotel need to be updated. Our original room was just a room. It had a small sofa and a small table and a small refrigerator but no freezer. It’s not the kind of place you’d wanna stay for a week in a room like that. We noticed there were much larger rooms available and asked about their availability. Halfway through our stay, we moved to one of these rooms. This made a big difference in our satisfaction. The second room was remarkable with full living space and kitchen. The added space was only $30 more per night.

Room was clean. The shower was tru-ly bad. Nearly ZERO water pressure unless you turned it to full HOT. Fix that, and would be a 4 star.

Property was clean. Checkin was ok - was put on 2nd floor and there was a lot of noise from the nearby highway. Would say good not great - would’ve appreciated higher floor given how often we book w tru by Hilton.

The property was very welcoming with plenty of place to sit and visit, plus there was a pool table. The desk clerk was kind enough to offer his help getting my mother’s things out of the car because it was raining. The room was very clean and spacious, loved the walk in shower. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. There were several members of my family staying there and the morning desk clerk was kind enough to take a group picture of us before we headed in different directions for home. My cousins requested a handicap room for their mother who is 85, which they were given. The the bathroom had a tub/shower combination, not a walk in shower, which one would expect. It also and a low setting toilet, even with a grab bar it was difficult for my aunt to sit down and get up. I think high setting toilets in the handicapped rooms would make more sense. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby is welcoming. Snacks and drinks are readily available. Ice is easy to obtain. The room was larger than usual and very comfortable. I love the bathroom amenities.
