The breakfast was definitely not to my expectations

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the bed sheets were found with significant hairs and a used bottle of water was in a fridge when checking in.

No ice, no coffee maker in room, no hot water, tea or coffee in lobby. "Breakfast" was hosted from 1 cart in a small lobby by the exit door! No tables to eat from. How is this a meal?? Very unsatisfactory and misleading.

Stayed 2 nights… our room was facing the highway and we were ok, sleeping with but for those who are sensitive to noises, recommend to request an even number room. Location is excellent! Quick ride to downtown Bellevue. Target, Trader Joe’s, Kura Sushi, and Chipotle within 5-8min walk. Room is in decent size with kitchen, full size fridge, and microwave. Beddings, in general, are clean. Free parking and grab-n-go breakfast. Great place if you are just looking for a place to sleep at a convenient location.

Not sure why the negative reviews. Great place and had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable and good location. Especially for the price, no complaints.

There were no utensils or kitchen supplies in the room. They had to be ordered through the front desk. It wasn’t clear if those were free amenities or you had to pay for them. I only needed a small bowl, so I just skipped that part. Parking was included and people were friendly, so that was great. There was no fitness room. The front desk person said quite a lot of people ask for that. That would’ve made my stay more accommodating to my travel routine.

This room should have been taken out of service before my stay. The water faucet one valve to turn on the water were broken, pulled out of the wall when I turned on the water. An attempt had been made to caulk around them, but they needed to be replaced. First morning I could shower, second morning: no hot water. The front desk apologized, but said that a refund would be through Expedia.

The room was clean but the bed sheets and pillow covers weren’t changed and smelled ugly and had hair on them. It was pretty disgusting to even sit on it let alone sleep. Had to call the front desk and request them to change but only had to go down myself and collect the new sheets and come back up and change them myself. Poor experience with that but other than that the stay was ok. Breakfast wasn’t great either.

Place and rooms were clean and quiet and had some nice views and I loved the kitchenette, staff was friendly and didn’t have to pay extra for parking like many hotels were Bed was pretty uncomfortable, bought my own pillows as they were so flat and small and barely usable. AC did NOT work at night for some reason so I woke up sweating each night which I hated
