The young lady at the front desk was helpful and didn’t charge us for parking after we (nicely) complained.

Location was good. Staff was nice. It was not the cleanest hotel, the bathroom vent was full of lint. Breakfast was hardly that.

The staff we encountered in the morning was far more pleasant and efficient. It was truly a day-and-night difference.

I stayed here over 30 years ago when I first moved to Washington, and stayed here again recently to move my daughter into the University of Washington. The hotel has not changed in all that time and it really shows. It was nice they provide breakfast, but the bagels and English muffins aren’t fresh. The property is clean, but really could use a remodel.

Refrigerator was not working and they exchanged but was not working well front desk good

The room’s carpet and things are old ish.

Breakfast was horrible. No lights in the pool so you couldn’t swim after dark.

Such horrible experience, front desk was a joke, a gal just biting her nails when checking in. Carpet is filthy! Never again!

The breakfast was not super. We slept in so when we went to get some, it was not restocked but when we went earlier the next day, there were more options for juice at least and the fruit was much better. The girl that checked us in was not happy to be there and then when we checked out, we found out that we had to pay to park at the hotel which was not mentioned at any time or anywhere when booking so we were charged an extra $50 just to park.

The outdoor pool was so cool and had the deepest pool i’ve ever swam in. 9 feet deep!
