Breakfast was good, room was clean, only down side was an odd smell coming from the couch.

Convenient location The desk chair had a white stain on seat, king sheets kept slipping off the mattress pad, bed was very soft and lumpy along with the pillows , windows did not open for fresh air

It was nice and clean.close to shopping. We booked the hotel because of the swimming pool and we had activities planned for the kids because of the pool,but when we arrived to the hotel the front desk said the pool is in maintainance and if we want we can cancell the reservation.my kids were upset and it was too late for us to look for another hotel.if it was like that they should have informed us in advance that the pool has maintenance issues so we could look for another option or they should have arranged the room in another Hampton inn at another location near by.

Spent the first half of the day in Seattle and then the second part of the day in Bellevue. Great location and easy to find! I gave 9/10 only due to needing to pay $19 for parking. I did not see anywhere when booking that it was paid parking, maybe I missed reading that requirement. Check in was quick and front desk service was great. We actually forgot our toothpaste this trip and the front desk clerk was able to offer a couple packages of paste, so it was wonderful not having to go back out to a store. They had an indoor pool but unfortunately it was very busy. Room was nice, bed was comfortable- a little on the softer side, we prefer more firm, but no complaints, we slept like babies! Had a nice chair and desk table to sit at. Bathroom & shower was in nice condition with good water pressure. Window view was overlooking a little park with lots of trees, or it was a lot with lots of trees - very nice not having another large building next to you. Breakfast was good - had oatmeal, toasts, waffle batters, little omelet fold overs, meats and i think a potato option. Coffee, water, and juice were available. We spent the night on a Saturday night and so Breakfast was Sunday morning and it got busy quick - but still felt like there was plenty of room for people to spread out and eat. Will definitely stay again! TV felt like it was on the older side, it kept dimming brightness and we couldn't find how to change it in the settings, but wasn't a big deal.

Check in really easy even at earlier time. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and a good variety.

They were nice, made good food at the in house restaurant and answered questions. They even allowed us to check out late with prior warning.

Perfect stay family gaff a good time

One thing I really appreciated was how quiet the toilet was when flushing, which was definitely a plus at night. The hair dryer worked great too. It had strong, hot airflow, so I was able to dry my hair pretty quickly. Breakfast was amazing! They had eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, and a good variety of breads. If you’re a Hilton Honors member, you can also use the digital key during your stay, which was very convenient. The only downside was that we could hear some footsteps from the room above us. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice

Staff were very friendly and the property itself was clean and well kept. Location was good and the light rail was accessible. Breakfast was good in the morning. Only downside was the beds were very hard.

Breakfast was included, but I never saw breakfast. Then, when I noticed there were bags, I never saw any bags. And when I remembered to ask, no one was around.

Friendly staff, got to the hotel 1hr early, I asked if my room was ready as check in is at 4pm. She checked without hesitation or telling me no right away and said it is ready and she can check me in early with no charge. Everything was clean, room, amenities and pool area. Also it comes with a free breakfast buffet and free coffee, tea and hot chocolate around the clock
