AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown

Clean rooms, very helpful staff.

The front desk staffs were all very approachable and friendly.

Clean, centrally located, kind staff, nice breakfast buffet.

I booked through Expedia, cancelled the reservation within a few minutes, but was STILL CHARGED for the reservation!!!!

Excellent customer service

Loved that the room was carpet free. It made me feel the room was much cleaner. Also the room had a large shower stall with glass doors instead of a tub with a shower curtain. The art in my room was perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when visiting my sons in Seattle.

Clean room

Jay at the check in is a keeper. Asked all the right questions and was engaged and enthusiastic about his role.

Location was amazing and the staff was cordial except the valet. The place was clean. Lack of amenities, small drawer, only one small soap bar and two q tips per day. Parking is only valet at $49 per day. Street parking is sparse but there was a couple public parking lots you could pay 6-15$ a night that were super close by.

The staff was extremely friendly and worked with me to accommodate an early check-in. My only concern was that my mom seemed to have some issue with her room and the noise that was filtering in.

Very good experience.

The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was spacious. The room has a fridge with water, coffee maker, and a safe. The breakfast buffet for a fee was great. Valet Parking only but there’s garages next to it if you want to park your self.

Rude staff and no one indicated us of the valet charge before booking

Amenities were good.

NIce hotel. Clean and modern. Not a lot in the immediate area but only 5-10 minute walk to whatever you may need,

When booked breakfast including but after when I went to grab said not including waste my money reception guys very rude

Great location, helpful and awesome staff. More pillows and extra blanket, comforter

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Parking situation was a bit different than I am used to. Only valet is available and at a cost. Overall experience was pleasant.

Great location. Comfortable room.

Clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Reasonably price by Bellvue standards.
