Amazing

The facility is a little bit old. The shower isn't functioning well. Water pressure is low.

The location was very close to the venue and restaurant. Staff was welcoming and informative.

The bed was comfortable as always, it's close to everything downtown. The staff as a whole were sweet and easy to work with. My room was not clean, sheets were dirty. I had to request new ones and change them myself. Shower was dirty, knob in the shower was broken. My room would not stay cool. Other people yelling, laughing, talking loud down the hallways all hours of tht night, the marijuana smell in the hallways. For the amount of money I paid to stay, it was not worth it. Also the restaurant service was awful. Waited 25 minutes to order a drink and never got it. We left and went somewhere else instead. I've always stayed at this location, but this time was disappointing.

The location was great. Central to a lot. The air in the room didn’t get as cold as I would’ve liked and the bed was wonky. Everything was fine until checkout day. If checkout isn’t until 12, there is no reason housekeeping should be knocking on the door at 9AM. And then came back to the room at 11. She woke me up the first time and I let it go. I didn’t bother anyone about checking in early so let me enjoy my full stay.

The restaurant

Upon arrival it took over 3 minutes to be acknowledged by the front desk, we were the only people at the counter. The clerk never looked up until he was done with whatever was more important that greeting the customer. The room was subpar, the shower had a crack in the floor, there was hair in the sink, and the coffee maker did not work. Even on the 11th floor the noise from the street kept me awake all night. Went down for snacks from the vending area and again the clerk would rather take care of the other staff member than acknowledge us. For the amount of money paid for an overnight stay was not worth the level of care we received.

No reservations were listed in their computer for me or wife. Thankfully they had a room to let me stay, but now through expedia.

Everything was great at the hotel, except when we walked in the thermostat was off of the wall with no ac on at all. We were able to put the thermostat back on ourselves and get the ac on, but there was a mess around it. It looked like they were patching the wall and left in the middle of the job. Other than that, everything was great.

The property itself was lovely, but the lobby staff were incredibly rude during my stay.

Nice, clean, modern location. Staff are nice and accommodating. Front desk was staffed every time I needed something. Towels in rooms, complimentary bottled water. Would stay again if ever in town.
