Amazing my stay there i love it

I UNFORTUNATELY, RESERVED THROUGH BOOKING,COM REQUESTED A KING DELUX RIVER VIEW RM. JUST TO ARRIVE AND BE TOLD THERE ARE NONE AVAILABLE AND THATS NOT WHAT MY RESERVATION SHOWS. YOUR PERSON THEN TELLS ME SHE WILL PUT ME IN A RM W/A FOUNTAIN VIEW, JUST TO GET TO THE RM LOOKING OUT ON TOP OF A DIRTY BLDG. WENT BACK DOWN AND A WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN WAS ABLE TO PUT ME IN A QUEEN RIVER VIEW, IN WHICH I WAS VERY PLEASED. YOU ALL SHOULD STOP ADV THRU BOOKING.COM. THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL STOP ADVERTISING THROUGH BOOKING.COM BECAUASE WHAT THEY PROMISE AND GET PAID FOR IS NOT WHAT YOU GET UPON ARRIVAL. I WILL NEVER RESERVE THROUGH THEM AGAIN.

The staff was not pleasant upon check in. The pool was closed in the middle of summer and a heat wave for the season. We were told that the manager closed it to avoid paying maintenance on it. Very disappointing stay as most of the place was dead so not having anything to do at a casino like this was not a good look.

The burger place they have in there has amazing food! The place feels dated and dirty. It needs a refresh and that nasty carpet taken up. Also the bed was like sleeping on bricks.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly even when I locked myself out of my room they made sure I was back promptly.

Check in was super fast as always. Extremely friendly staff

Clean and nice size room We wanted non smoking but got smoming we were fine with that untill we stepped off the elevater and th e smell so strong of smoke and the room too. With thw room so big why was the tv half way in yhe hall by the bathroom was jusf stupid. Not enought light . And dont get me started about the bed the bed was so worn out that it was a hugh sink hole on o e side that me and my hubby slept at the end of the bed sideways. Will not stay there again. And would not have stayed more than one night . And this was for my birthday. And the casino sucked as well very rude workers and really didnt like the machines i rather go to Ballys

Room was clean and Big! Beds/Pillows were great! Will definitely stay again!

We would have loved a buffet but breakfast was good. Machines are old. Smoking is overwhelmingly.
