WoodSpring Suites Charlotte - University Research Park

Seemed weird

Every was great and I’ll definitely be back

Great property..the general manager was interested in helping with whatever I needed. And Sabrina was the best!! I was overwhelmed with how helpful she was for any question I had. And she has got to be one of the most pleasant and happy people I’ve ever met. If I owned a hotel I would steal her away to work for me. Best ever!

Location and cleanliness Things that didn’t work. TV remotes, no towels. Fortunately, I was on the first floor since the elevator was out of order.

The staff was very helpful and friendly!

This hotel was by far one of the most best ones I've stayed in, in a great location, the staff was friendly and the rooms were great.

Hotel was clean and close to many things

The manager Tim and all the workers at front desk was very helpful No pot and pans

Nice rooms, staff was very professional and friendly

Pleasant

The rooms I didn’t even stayed

Worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Elevator broken. Kids running around screaming. Hallways smell like urine. Rooms half of the outlets didn’t work, tub had a hole in the bottom of it. Fridge was rusty and barely worked. Furniture had hardened resin on it. Women’s hair everywhere.

The staff was very nice, but it’s clearly almost fully occupied with homeless people and it’s not a place. I wanted to stay as an overnight traveler.

The room was not completely clean there was chocolate on the floor. Jelly on the counter in the bathroom. Spatter stains on ceiling. Dog hair in the bed. Thin blanket was not suitable bathroom smelt like urine. The property is an extended stay so there are dogs everywhere. The hallway was stank and dirty. The people above me stopped so bad it kept me up at night. Affordable but you get what you pay for

Smelly, through out, bathroom doesn’t drain, weed smell throughout.

Bad

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and professional First night i got there i was put in a room that wasn't clean all the way they completely missed the bathroom me and wife had to clean ourselves we wasn't given any towels or rags in the room there were ppl hanging out all over the place smoking weed and playing music made me and family very uncomfortable coming from a great community, and last the elevator wasn't working had to carry my things 4 flights of stairs will never stay there again i hope it gets better

Clean rooms with great AC! I would suggest more travel amenities for customers such as shampoo & conditioner and more soap. I forgot mine and had only 1 small bar.

The elevator was broken and the room had hair in the shower and on some of the towels. They also had some kind of air freshener in the hallway that smelt so strong it made me sick.
