It was clean and had a nice big room

The front desk staff was helpful with questions about the area. They were very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Only a 15-20 minutes easy drive to Ohio State campus Great game day hotel

Hot tub was excellent m. It just didn't have the jets. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. I enjoyed the options for breakfast in the morning. They even had soy milk which I thought was impressive. Overall I highly recommend. The hot tub thing is more nit picky if I had to give them something to improve. The room was fantastic and had a great stay. The couch was comfy to sit on and eat my food. I highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic. It was affordable! While also exceeding expectations. The spa bath was great, bed felt like a cloud, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and good variety.

Great customer service with total respect and awesome service. They were like my mum. Its a great and clean space to be!

Nice property with quick access to the interstate to get anywhere in the metro area needed. The coffee machine was broken but the rest of breakfast was great. Staff was nice and the pool and hot tub were open. No complaints.

Very musty smelling, questionable if our room wasn't moldy. There was random dark spots coming through the paint all over.

Our experience at Best Western from start to finish was a wonderful top notch experience. The staff were so friendly but we especially enjoyed the very clean and comfortable hotel accommodations!!! Our room (a king sized suite) was so comfortable and clean. The only thing I could possibly say that needed upgrading is the bed pillows. They were easily flattened. They did give us 4 pillows which was a help. Overall, we understand the chance of better pillows being stolen so we totally understand. We would also like to commend Best Western on the wonderful breakfast that they offer and the breakfast attendant was very sweet and efficient. Absolutely wonderful overall experience!!! Can’t wait to return. Thank you

This hotel was fine, rooms were decent and bathroom was fine also. We would rather have individual soap and shampoo containers instead of squirt bottles on the wall but it looks like that’s the norm now. Breakfast was fine also with the usual items. Hostess was nice and helpful. Clean area all around. Easy to get in and out of this hotel and the area was safe. I would stay here again.

Every thing was wonderful. The last day of our stay the coffee machine broke in the breakfast area and there was not a backup. We did have a coffee pot in our room but only 2 coffee packs.

The location was great to what we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture in the living room when you sit on the couch, the cushions sunk all the way down to where the pullout bed was. It looked like there was semen stains on the couch. The bedsheets had a little balls on them. It was not a very smooth sheet and things were not as clean as I would’ve liked them considering I stayed in the presidential suite I would’ve thought that things would’ve been pristine.
