They had added waffles which they didn't have the last time I stayed there. Great addition! Being asked to submit my credit card for "incidentals" which on my last visit, I complied, but my bank issued a fraud alert on my card. It took a few weeks to have the $12+ returned. I refused to pay it this time and my refusal was accepted by the manager. I paid for the room in advance and will not use Booking.com again which I accidentally had. I will make sure I call the hotel itself.

Room was clean but breakfast was very disappointing.

The staff were nice and greeted me with a smile. And the location was perfect for our trip because our planned activities were within 15 minutes of the hotel. The light fixture in our room had black marks coming from behind it. Like smoke markings. The bathroom walls were slimy. The beds were worthless. Mattresses were very thin, literally felt the base of whatever was holding the mattress. Hard as a rock. And the 'free breakfast' consisted of stale cereal, stale bread and bagels, and watered down juice.

Front desk personnel was nice Filthy, my room smelled like a men’s locker room, pillows did to , then I found someone else’s dirty clothes in the closet, wall in front of toilet was filthy , wondering if sheets were changed now…. Felt SO gross! Continental breakfast was a joke … don’t bother

It looks like a Gato place

The staff was amazing, very helpful and very nice. The hotel could use some updates. The bed was pretty worn out not comfortable. The free breakfast was not what we expected but worked in a pinch.

Fresh fruit every morning. Always juice and coffee available. Overall it wasn't bad. The elevator could use some service as it occasionally gets stuck on 2nd floor. AC wasn't on till I got to room.
