They should def update their houses for the bar and restaurant. It was closed the day I went.

The staff was great also the hotel itself. But housekeeping was terrible. Never really cleaned our room. Kept having g to ask for towels trash bags ect. And I got stuck in the elevator 14 minutes

Hot tub has been filled in with concrete, first room they checked us into had water dripping from the bathroom light fixture into the floor, the second room wasn't clean. Beer left in the fridge, hair and mold in the bathroom. Not to mention the room I paid for was almost twice the size of the room they moved us to without any discount or refund given. The AC wasn't working in any of the main parts of the hotel, hallways, reception area, etc. The swimming pool was full of hair to the point where we couldn't even use it. Overall completely disappointing stay. Never again.

This hotel for the location is terrible. The building is old and they tried to attempt some remodeling but the hallways and rooms are old and smelly. The carpets are dingy looking and everything in the room is besides the coffee maker is outdated. The bar / restaurant area has no ventilation so while you are waiting on your food you’re getting all the smoke coming out of the kitchen. The rooms, not great.. the bathroom still has a huge tub and the walls are very thin, I stayed on the second floor and literally could hear every step the people above me were making. To be in the Polaris area I thought this would be a top tier hotel but was sadly mistaken. Will never stay again.

I loved everything about the place, except for the hot tub not being there anymore. I could see where it had been, but it looked like it was pretty freshly concreted over. That was disappointing considering it was still in the photos they have posted on here. The pool looked nice, but I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub so I didn’t use it. Other than that I had zero issues, everything was clean and the staff very friendly.

The young lady att the front desk was very nice!

Mid September and the thermostat was not working. The room heated up too well over 80°. Window could only open 2 inches and my room was directly above the exhaust fans for the buildings HVAC system. Had to change rooms cause I couldn’t handle it. Thankfully, they had another room to put me in. I did have to call for my cell phone, because the phone in the room was not working either. Fitness center is sketchy at best. A lot of missing components, missing weights, two of the treadmills had the rollers removed and set off to the side making them unusable. I would recommend finding another location. There’s plenty of other options in this area.

There was mold on the ceiling of the room we booked and broken blinds - we were moved to another smaller room but still charged the full price of the original room.

great except one time my do not disturb sign on door handle disappeared, could’ve been my fault tho

Overall stay went well. Unfortunately, we forgot n expensive men’s shirt in the closet which we didn’t realize until the next day. Called the hotel twice and have not heard back as to whether they found it or not….

We reserved this hotel only to get there and the first room smell super musty, then, the second room still had crumbs on the table and the bed was all wrinkled like they laid on it after cleaning, and walking out of the room there was a fingernail in the doorway.

Exceptional

Suites were big and the staff kept the rooms clean.

Coffee pot didn't work, other than that great place!

worst experience and no hot water. they said they refund the money yet no refund from Expedia. I will not work Expedia.

Stay away from this place at all cost the staff was liars and rude there was no hot water our whole stay and wouldn’t give a refund and didn’t tell us till we checked in promised us 50% back we agreed and never gave them a hard time then would not give no refund at all lied said it was up to Expedia ,expedia told us they wouldn’t answer the phones for the refund they promised liars..the reviews they have on here gotta be fake the hotel besides not having hot water stunk was boiling hot old unkept dirty do not make my mistake and be fooled by fake reviews I picked this hotel for my family’s weekend get away and ruined it by trusting fake reviews..there was no breakfast at all the towels look like dirty beach towels the staff is terrible scamming liars stay away!!!!
