Hilton Columbus/Polaris

I thought this place was exceptional. Met all my needs and I would come here again.

Room was not what I booked had to sleep on a horrible hard couch.

Stayed here several time. Staff is always super nice. The pool is always clean. And the room is always clean and quiet.

Charged me 10.00 just to park in their parking lot. Charged you for water in your room

I liked that the facility was well kept and we had what we needed for the most part. I also liked the easy check out process of turning in your key into a box, rather than having to wait in line. There were 2 bottles of water in our room with a note that if you were a certain level of rewards member they were complimentary, otherwise you'd be charged. As a parent that is not a rewards member, I would have preferred they weren't in the room at all because if my son was there he would have wanted them.

Great place. Good location. Friendly staff.

My only complaint was there was a lot of noise in the halls late at night. It woke my wife and I up several times

Loved the location and how convenient it was to access everything. I didn’t like the small bathrooms. For that price, expected spending a little bigger.

We had a late check in, I called ahead and the staff was accommodating. The room was spacious and the pull-out couch was easy to use. Property was clean and easy to get to from the highway.

The pool had hair an bugs floating in it. There was a leak in the ceiling outside the elevator. Just dripping into a bucket. An my water pressure in the room was pulsating then would stop an then start pulsating again.Definitely wasnt a $--- a night hotel

Exceptional

Hotel was wonderful but should update TVs to cast phones for use of streaming apps.

Excellant

Super nice hotel with cool bar and outdoor seating area. In great location with lots around.

No breakfast but the location was great. Leaving was my only issue.

Room was clean and big. Staff was helpful. The pool was clean. Easy check in. Good breakfast.

Best welcome to a hotel experience I have been given in a long time
