Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus Airport East by IHG

The TV in our room just straight up didn’t work, it was the most silent stay in a hotel of my life lol. The room was a little meh, shower was kinda dirty (but not really a big deal, we didn’t even end up using it)

Stayed here for lost lands and it was perfect. The staff was amazing, rooms were clean, and breakfast was great. The hotel offers a pool, laundry room, parking, and gym.

Nice first the price.

Very clean and quiet hotel until about 9:00 a.m. One of the cleaners knocked very loudly on our door and then tried to open our door and then realize it was locked and lefted. Check is not till noon so I'm not sure why they came in at 9:00 a.m. and then at 11:00 a.m. I could hear a child listening to a very loud SpongeBob episode and I go outside my room and it's one of the cleaners child it was very disturbing and disrupted our sleep

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall, I had a good experience and would definitely book again for future trips.

The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Some areas need painted to freshen it up. When we checked in, it was late. The elevator was a little sketchy. The door didn't seem to want to close. It did after a few tries. When we went down for breakfast it seemed to work.

The location was great except for all of the construction on the roads which left entering and exiting a little more involved.

We complained about the broken Toilet seat (and that was important due to the fact I am recovering from a stroke and afraid of falling) an toilet handle needed work and I told the front desk upon checking out. The bathroom needed work. They told me because we prepaid to contact booking.com. I really checked hotels that had a very good and above rating. I was not impressed. The staff and hot tub and the pool was very nice

We needed to leave for the airport outside of normal shuttle hours, so they called an Uber for us. Room was very clean and quiet.

The hotel was nice enough, construction on the street was a mess but this kept me from needing to fight my way into it when I left for the site each morning as well.

This is a pet-friendly hotel and it was very obvious from the smell of cat urine in our hotel room. There were hairs in the shower
