Tru By Hilton Columbus East Broad

Exceptional

This the best hotel I ever stay at and the cleanest it was simple Great EVERYTHING

Did not have time for breakfast, early flight.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable and we loved the toiletries that were included.

Very smooth check in and out. Staff was very helpful. Loved the 12pm checkout time. Also loved the water station. It felt very secure with having to use the keycard for the front door after 11, and the elevator.

Very clean and comfortable Breakfast ends early and its constructions but that’s not they fault

Our kids loved that there was a hang out area off the lobby with all the games and pool table. The pool was wonderful! Room was clean and updated. Staff was always great.

Superb

Very good

Nothing to complain about. Super clean and beautiful hotel, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I love Hilton.

Very noisy during overnight hours.

Parking was easy. The woman at the front desk(I wish I remembered her name) was very nice. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. I used the gym which was very clean and the equipment was in good shape and very up-to-date. we would definitely stay there again if coming through Columbus.

Everything was great they just need new pillows...I've stayed here 3 times..I would definitely go again just give me some fluffy firm pillows

Passable

Very clean property It is minor but no microwave in the room or storage area for clothes

Superb

It was a nice hotel, though construction on that street made it difficult to enter and exit towards the site.

Great stay
