Hyatt Place Columbus/Worthington

We were there just one night for a concert ! Very clean nice room the bed was so comfy and the room was a suite !

Everything was perfect during my staycation

Rooms were well maintained and cleaned - staff was great especially when I asked for help in locating an item I lost. My o ly big complaint was the noise at night. It appears I was on a floor with a boys group of hockey players. They were running around, throwing water at each other on the hallways, etc. I finally came out of my room and confronted them about 10pm explaining i had a five year old they were keeping awake. Obviously boys are boys and they didn't listen. The second night they were a little better - i left the next day. Obviously they should have been controlled by their chaperone and less on the staff of the place

We were on the third floor. There was a condensing unit on a second floor canopy roof that was loud and cycled on and off every 30 seconds. That made it difficult to get a good sleep.

I’ve also never slept on miniature pillows before, so this was a first. Imagine a normal pillow, but about 1/3 of the normal width — and you get two of them. The bed itself was not comfortable at all. The room also has one of those old-school, large AC units under the window. It seemed to have two settings: basically off or blowing hard and making a massive amount of noise. At one point I actually had to double-check that this was really a Hyatt. Very disappointed in this hotel. It definitely wasn’t what I expected from the Hyatt name.

Staff addressed our concerns promptly and professionally. The breakfast was great, too.

I enjoyed my night in Columbus - Parking was easy and room was great - Good breakfast to send me on my travels

I’ve stayed here many times. This time, it felt a bit run down and dirty. My room smelled like urine, especially the carpet around the bed. Really not acceptable. Staff is always friendly and professional. But yuck.

The lady at night shift was very rude simple example I try to buy a bottle of water grab it show her ask how much she yelling said the price is on that pepar she can say nicer way I hope she will learn how to respect customers

Staff very kind and helpful; breakfast was wonderful and beds were clean.

Very nice buffet breakfast. Staff very polite and attentive. Room was clean, but sofa and carpet had stains and needed to be cleaned. Every other part of the room was clean. I informed the front desk when we checked out and they said they would take care of it. I thought they could have given a customer appreciation discount or "something."

the carpet inside the room looked old and gross while everything else appeared updated. hall carpet appeared updated - one thing to change in whole experience would be to replace the room carpet.
