The room to pay what we did you would think would be an upgrade for that price ABSOLUTELY NOT. It not worth half of what your gonna pay I promise you that

Location and cleanliness Bathroom ceiling had a slight evidence of mold spots.

The room was very comfortable clean had all the amenities you needed in the bathroom

Disappointing

Several construction guys staying there & hanging out drinking in parking lot was a little awkward. We stayed in an upgraded room & they had a box of goodie’s. It had 1 bottle of water, 1 small bottle of apple juice, microwave popcorn & 2 granola type bars. There were 2 of us, 2 bottles of water would have been nice. It was a 2 bed room, if you had kids - someone would be fighting 😳

Check in staff was nice and polite. Hotel quality and cleanliness were okay, not amazing but not horrible. Considering other hotels in the area were more than twice as expensive, or 5 times worse in ratings, I felt it was "you get what you pay for". My room seemed to have a humidity problem, the room always felt humid even when I had the AC running constantly, which should have reduced humidity. But it was hard to tell why because it was raining and very humid outside too. I didn't see any water leaks, but still it was a bit humid. If I was in there all day or staying for more than just 2 days, I might have asked to move to a different room. But since I wasn't in there for very long, i didn't feel like repacking, especially since i worried other rooms might be the same anyway due to the rain and humidity outside.

It is a very old motel. It needs repainted badly and updated. The parking lot backs into a parking lot of a nightclub that is open all night. It is not a safe place to stay. The parking lot was filled with their bottles and broken glass. We saw a guy in the morning, sweeping up cigarette butts that left all of the glass and bottles in the parking spaces.

Room was clean 10/10 would stay again

There was an issue with cleanliness when I arrived. The staff too action immediately to resolve the problem. They remained mannerly and respectful.

I have stayed here a number of times. Staff is always professional and polite. The deal clerk recognized me before I even walked through the door. Nice place to stay.

The door was damaged, the bathroom was disgusting and old. The room was dingy all around.

Staff was very nice, thats about the only good thing i have to say. The room wasent anywhere near clean enough for our standards, and despite hotels app claiming it has free breakfast, it does not. The free breakfast was the sole reason we chose this hotel so no surise we were very disappointed. Lots of people jjst sittin on the curb in the parkinglot pretty sure homeless. Also over $100 a night is way to much for this place, have stayed in much cheaper spots that were much nicer and cleaner. Hopefully hotels app does something about the false advertising of the free breakfast

Pleasant

Close to restaurants. Walking distance. The loud fight going on in the parking lot at 2 in the morning for maybe an hour. No guns, thank God.

Clerk tried to steer me to restaurant 20 minutes away ( I guess he got a kick back) when there were several near by.

When we checked in and opened the door to our room, we were immediately hit with an overwhelming smell that was difficult to describe as anything other than wet dog. While the room appeared clean at first glance, a closer look revealed stains, chipped paint on the walls, and old, inexpensive furniture. The tub and shower were particularly unpleasant and did not feel clean. The bed appeared clean enough to sleep in, but it was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I specifically reserved an upgraded king room with nicer bedding and snacks, but the bedding was very basic and the “snacks” consisted of two granola bars, a bottle of water, apple juice, and microwave popcorn. That was certainly not what I expected from an upgraded room. The condition of the outside of the building was just as disappointing. The property is poorly maintained, and several of the room doors appeared damaged, with some looking as though they had been kicked in. Another major issue is that the photos shown on the website do not appear to accurately represent this location. The property we arrived at looked nothing like the impression given by the online photos. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Between the strong odor, uncomfortable bed, outdated and poorly maintained room, unpleasant bathroom, and condition of the exterior, I would not recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable I felt the motel which calls itself a “plus” had fewer amenities than my usual experience of RedRoof.8
