Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central

Exceptional

Very nice room until a large roach came out from underneath the couch.

The breakfast selection was great. I liked the different types of yogurt. The tea selection was also nice. The hot bar had the usual breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. I deducted a star because the hotel was under construction.

D

The room itself was a nice size for two. It was also clean to a standard that I was happy with, even the floors felt

The staff was very rude and not friendly. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures and seem like it was having work done and needs to be closed until complete. The room wasn’t clean at all and very unsanitary.

Very poor

La habitación estaba caliente pero rápido nos dieron un upgrade . 🙏🙏

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and in disrepair. There were roaches in the rooms, mold and mildew all in the shower and bathroom. The ceiling is literally falling out of the lobby. The elevators were broken. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

During my stay, I experienced multiple issues, including: • Significant dust and debris (“dust bunnies”) throughout the room, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the space. • Bugs/insects present in the room. • No hot water, leaving me unable to properly shower. • The HVAC system was not functioning properly, resulting in the room not being adequately cooled. • A broken/out-of-service elevator, which created a significant inconvenience when accessing the hotel and moving between floors.

No remote. Shower did not drain

All good

I liked the layout of the room and it was spacious. The desk was perfect for a laptop or tablet. The couch was comfortable, too. The bed was not very comfortable. The mattress seemed like it had been around too long and needed to be replaced, It would also be helpful to have a microwave in the room.

One of the elevators was down so all traffic was flowing through a single elevator. Ceiling panels in the lobby by the breakfast area were off and wires/sprinklers were exposed. There was mold in the shower, restroom was small-had to straddle the toilet to open the door.

Pleasant

The staff was nice Only one elevator working

.

Air conditioning in lobby probably did not work properly was very hot

Poorly maintained rooms, sofa shown stain and lobby was sort of messy.

Horrible
