Extended Stay America Suites Dallas Coit Road

Very good

It was clean. The key card to the doors didn’t work, we had a problem with entering our room.

Disappointing

Bad

Nothing Everything there computer chair was literally covered with sperm there was cockroach’s everywhere and the shower had black mold

Clean and nice.

The stove didn't work and I reported it and they didn't change anything. I needed to prepare my meals do to health reasons and could not

Bad

The front desk ladies were the only redeeming qualities. This was not a motel. I was tricked. It was definitely a motel and I don’t know why it has good reviews beside the ladies being nice

Had issues with checking in

The room had a very humid smell that never went away. The morning of our last stay, I noticed two roaches in the bathroom. There is trash piled up by the bottom stairwell, which smells really bad. We only rented for 2 nights, but a lot of people staying here are staying long-term. There were some suspect people around.

Was not clean room smelt like pure smoke

Everything good

Clean property and friendly staff Everything good

Very poor

Room wasn’t cleaned everyday, staff works at their help in a toxicating manner and pace, breakfast is VERY limited and first come first serve. I would go to an IHOP , village inn , or whatever else instead. Be careful of your surroundings. I had a lady asked me and screamed for how help and at least looked intoxicated and she was hallucinating ran over my foot three different times, and apparently she didn’t understand what was going on the whole time when I was in fact trying to prevent her from driving because she was in no manner whatsoever in a condition to drive. When I went to there’s front desk to inform them prior to being run over, the front desk told me OK so you just need a new coffee maker… really????!!

On the day of our arrival, despite sending a message through booking.com we were not allowed to check in. At 3 am in the morning I had to go and look for a hotel room.
