You were incredibly kind and welcoming, and your hospitality was truly exceptional. Thank you so much for everything.

It was cheap. And you get what you pay for. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were worn down, and had terrible smells. The free “breakfast” was terrible. Packaged oatmeal, and granola bars do not count as breakfast. I booked 13 rooms for a corporate event, rooms smelled terrible. Either smoke and curry, or smoke and cleaner. I had to open the windows to all the rooms and some were still unbearable. The staff was friendly and helpful and tried to switch rooms, but all of them had a smell. Never again.

It was at a good location.It was clean.The employees were very nice and respectful I wish that it had a bigger pet area instead of pets. Can run around a fence din area.

They don’t provide clean towels every day and they do not clean the room every day as other hotels even if you request them

I really thought there would be more food at breakfast. Having only oatmeal and coffee does not equate to breakfast, so it should be excluded as an amenity.

terrible experience, room smelled of urine/incense, we tried to ask for a change in room, opened window, sprayed a room spray but did not help, manager was not reachable and we reached out to booking.com who said they will try to see if it can be cancelled, regardless we checked out after 1 hour and asked to cancel.

The rooms needed to be cleaned. The smell throughout the room was disgusting and the rooms were not properly cleaned.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS NICE AND QUIET AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND I WAS ABLE TO GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY THE ONLY THING IS I WISH CHECK OUT WAS AT 12 AND NOT AT 11. LOL THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS THE HALL WAY SMELLED LIKE ENCLOSED AND IT WAS STUFFY BUT AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE ROOM I TURNED ON THE AC AS WELL THE ROOM WAS A BIT STUFFY.

The room was mostly clean. The floor was clean. Freshly laundered linens and towels were provided. I stayed here one time before I love the fact that it was off the freeway and the traffic noise was in issue. However, this time the patron noise was a huge issue. Most of my neighbors were up at seven even on the weekend a few were taking showers at 2 AM and it sounded like my direct next-door neighbor was etching a hologram into the wall between our rooms.

Assistant manager was very rude and disrespectful

The room is spacious, well-kept, clean, and at an ideal temperature. All the room features work perfectly; the neighbors are friendly, and the front desk lady is extremely helpful with the slightest questions. There's plenty of parking around the lot, and there is a store within walking distance. Also, it is very close to the Hacienda Shopping place with a movie theatre and B&N bookstore, or Best Buy Store for any electrical supplies. Ideal location for all needs, and I had a very pleasant stay

I felt safe! The bed next-door kept banging up against the wall, so it was very difficult to sleep and when I went to go take a shower the knobs on the shower wouldn’t move at all so I couldn’t take a shower so I just got dressed
