All Staff was friendly and inviting in a very sincere way that really makes it easy to stay there again. Breakfast was simple but tasteful. Notably the potato’s were surprisingly fresh and delicious. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Location was suitable for a quick stay but not many dining choices nearby for extended stays. Coffee options could be given a second thought, as trivial as it is this is a staple for most mornings and having good coffee really is a nice touch.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful in the best shopping center in Dublin close to everything. Staff was very helpful with a full breakfast spread every morning at no additional cost. I will definitely stay here for future trips.

We have been staying at the Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton every Labor Day weekend over the past three or four years because we attend the Highland Games. The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfasts are great, the rooms are very nice too. We always bring our small dog and she is treated with respect by the staff. There's not much we don't like about this hotel.

Location Bathroom was very difficult to use, not enough room for toilet shower and door in the same space. Fridge barely worked. Elevators didn’t work right and couldn’t handle volume of guests. Pool was not stocked with towels.
