The service was fast! Very impressed as I expected! I had an unsatisfactory experience at the quality inn on Yarbrough the night before, but getting a room there at the courtyard the next day was the greatest ! Very satisfied with everything and the staff was very prompt and nice!

Everything was fine except that the bathroom sink was completely clogged the entire stay. We informed the staff but no one came to fix it.

I booked a regular room and was assigned an accessible room upon check in and informed the front desk person that we did not want a handicap room we wanted a regular and he was hesitant and gave us pushback. After all he finally honored our request.
