EL Paso Inn

Es un hotel muy viejo y huele mal, huele entre humedad y cigarro, reserve una habitación King Size y llegando al hotel me dijeron que de esas no tienen, pero que me iban a dar una con doble cama y yo para que quería otra cama ☹️ mencionaron que están remodelando, del desayuno ni hablar cuando pregunté del desayuno me dijeron ahí les ponen café y aveces les traen pan, pero no hay comedor en donde sentarse a tomar el café, es básicamente una cafetera. Y hablando de la zona está muy lejos de todos los centros comerciales. No hay nada por la zona. Si solo quieres pasar la noche sin importar en donde, entonces ahí podría ser por el precio. Yo tenía reservado dos noches y solo me quedé una, al día siguiente me fui a un mejor hotel.

La publicación indicaba desayuno incluido y no es cierto no tenia ese servicio. Instalaciones viejas, olía mal, no salía agua caliente,

The front desk person was so rude to me and family I never met someone rude just like her the rooms were so dirty and it smelt so bad I couldn’t even stay there

Rooms are clean but only upon arrival and initial check in, after that the guest and room, are left alone. Ignored actually, no cleaning service, no fresh clean towels, guest needs to ask for clean towels. Pool? What pool, just a small concrete hole at one end of the building that looks like some sort of protected swamp area. Staff is clueless and unable to meet the basic requests such as getting a hard copy of the final bill when checking out. The staff claims printers do not work and they are unable to fix or address the issue. Staff will eventually ignore a customer's request to speak to management or anyone in charge. But Staff is always ready to accuse the guests of being rude therefore ignoring and refusing to remedy any issues or concerns for the guests. Customer service is non-existent at El Paso Inn. I highly recommend this business NOT!

La habitación normal, de acuerdo a el precio, si estaba limpia, creo el hotel está en remodelacion por eso los pasillos estaban sucios, el desayuno incluido no es más que café y estaba horrible, de ahí en más buena atención del personal. Muy buena ubicación.

The pool was closed, there was no breakfast or coffee, entire building in need of repairs, holes in walls etc

It seems like they're in the middle of renovating the hotel, which used to be a Motel 6. They've got a lot of work left to do.

No hay mucho que decir, solo habitación limpia

Ex Motel 6 run by a great staff but the property is terrible. The rooms smell and the carpets are dirty. I feel bad for the employees because they were all great with excellent customer service but they have a terrible property to work with.

Advertisement said continental breakfast, there was none. Also said pool, it was closed.

Now the place looks like it been under renovation for awhile now.. looks like they start a bunch of projects but never get any finished.. the pool cant be used it closed, the laundry doesnt exist and the snacks or drinks u must have coins for the machines.. u pretty much need to be bi-lingual, for sure a language barrier.. the rooms were not very clean, someone's bath scrunchie was left in the shower.. i clean the tub before I used it.. Very cheap place tho so if u need a place to.lay ur head and take a shower and leave its cool for that but anything more its not it..

The staff very helpful & cordial! The price was excellent. Under going construction. No swimming pool, no breakfast. We saw roaches & possible mice? Towels were falling apart. No blankets on beds, just a bedspread & sheets. Rooms didn’t look swept or mopped. No closets. But like I said, it is under construction. Did appreciate morning coffee at least!!!!

Dice la cama king y es tamaño queen. Decía desayuno incluido y no hay por q segun esta en reparación. Algunas piezas. Suelta. Y el lavamanos tapado

This place is under going a remodel and rebranding while up for business. Power tools are used at all times of the day.
