Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso/East

It was a smooth check in to the hotel. The room was pretty clean, spacious, and had comfortable bed. Good selection of breakfast. Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel is great. We got room 107 which is right by lobby so it was very noisy and there was also a live cockroach in our room. But otherwise great hotel

Convenient location The tv needs to be replaced, was really dark and it had 3 white lights just in the background

Very good hotel to stay. The rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was very good but needed some extra heating. Overall we enjoyed the hotel.

Great first experience of El Paso!

Been staying at Hilton properties for over 30 years in traveling job. This was one of my worst experiences. Found spots on sheets first night that raised serious concerns about whether sheets had been washed. Not sure what was on sheets but don’t want to know. Totally unacceptable

Clean up outside and not people openly smoking cannabis in parking lot?

Breakfast was very good... staff super nice and helpful... rooms very comfortable

My grandson and I were in town to go eat at a special place and your hotel was close to where we needed to go. Upon checking in I ask if we could have some water after paying $150 for the room and she hesitated to give me two bottles of water. Really ....I know it's a small thing. But the staff is really going to fuss over maybe a dollars worth of water.

The parking lot was full of work trucks so hard to park once you get back late but we made it work , apart from that everything else was great

Breakfast was great! The staff was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again!
