Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites El Paso I-10 East by IHG

Will return next year as everything was great!

Friendly staff

As I reported on the front desk, the smoke detector was partially hanging down from ceiling and few floor tiles on restroom were loose.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Refused to check me! Demanding a refund!

Great location for food fun and entertainment. Restaurants & movie theater all walking distance. Very spacious room, well working AC, and very clean.

Really clean

Rooms were big. Whole property was clean. All staff had smiles and very helpful!

Everything was good, I recommend it

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Only thing I don’t like is the Pool close to early every day i wish was till midnight at least

Excelente atención y habitación limpia muy cómodo

N

This is a very nice hotel, and everything was very clean and well kept up. The hotel staff were also very friendly. I was here on business and it was very quiet and relaxing and I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything

Room and breakfast were great.

The hotel was clean. The front desk staff were pleasant. The room was large and we appreciated having a couch to sit down on. It was close to a variety of restaurants. The pool was a nice place to get a little exercise in after a long day of traveling. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, staff at check in/out were friendly. The room was as expected and beds were comfortable I booked a double room because there were four of us and they only had two towels in the room. When I asked for more the manager told me he’d take them up to the room and never did. Then, when I went to ask housekeeping in the morning she told me that I could have more towels when I brought her the used ones.

Clean room. Staff was moderately helpful
