Very clean, helpful staff and perfect location
-
no public/free parking but other than that, good stay.
-
Location close to my job. Old facility, restaurant food not good, no soap in the bathroom, no worth what I paid for.

Loved the hotel. Everything and everyone was great. My only complaint was that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room

The staff and managers were nice and accommodating. They made sure I was compensated for the lack of AC in my room. And the hotel was clean! They are about to begin a lot of updates and remodeling so I’m sure the issue will get fixed

Aged property. Ready for an update. Felt like a 1990’s holiday inn

We were in town for a concert and our lyft was 2 minutes away so my minor son and I sat in two empty chairs a few feet away from the drive in area for pick up and drop offs. An older gentleman out of nowhere began shouting, yelling aggressively at my son and I to “get out” “why you here” (he had a heavy middle eastern accent) and demanding we leave the seats. It was difficult to understand with his heavy accent and all his shouting. my son told him to calm down we were only 2 minutes away from our ride getting there and this man was in my face. I immediately got up and scoped the area and there was no sign that we could not sit in those empty chairs. I went to the front desk and explained the situation and they just responded with “those chairs are for the valets”. No apology for their employee’s unacceptable behavior. I saw he was in fact a valet attendant as I exited the hotel. I did not witness him treat anyone else but myself and my son in that manner and it seemed racially motivated. I didn’t think in 2026 we would not be allowed to sit in empty chairs with no sign indicating they are reserved for a certain race, class or even just staff. It was a horrible experience and I checked out early due to this. The hotel itself is nice but they must stay on top of staff behavior and treatment of guest.

Show photos on Expedia of the actual outside of the hotel try to accommodate the customers better instead of telling the customers that you do not have a room available and still charging them once you have checked them out the same day consider customers when it comes to safety being first staff need to be more professional and at least more helpful when dealing with customers. Rooms need to be updated also clean. The furniture is completely old and spiderwebs were everywhere. The lighting in the room need to be updated. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I checked in and checked out within 30 minutes. Staff was very rude and not helpful. They could not accommodate me another room even though I advised them that the room was not clean furniture was outdated and the image of the room did not match the images on Expedia. It was a complete catfish. I will never stay at this hotel or recommended to anyone.

Very friendly staff, would come back

Staff was so helpful and friendly Air conditioner made noises and leaked and had big puddle of water on the floor by the door. Just put a towel down and notified staff.

The room was sufficient. All of the staff were exceptional !! Restaurant was superb! Very beautiful hotel. Grounds were beautiful. Outdoor bar was very cozy & nice! Bathroom was way too tiny. Door was right in front of the toliet, so had to maneuver around to use toliet or shower. Biggest disapointment was no small refrigerator in room!!
