I would certainly stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is meh. I do not recommend.

I tried to cancel a previous reservation for the same property. But that reservation didn’t appear in my records when I searched for it. When we checked in on Sunday, the hotel employee at the desk said a cancellation could not be done. She told me she would call me to give me the phone number of Booking.com. She did not call. I need a refund. If we could have found the previous reservation, we would not have made a new reservation. Please let me know what you can do to help us. David Douglas 512/422-0592

Everything! Staff, cleanliness, Restaurant. All EXCELLANT!!!!!

This is a very nice place to stay while having to do medical appointments. The breakfast and the parking should be included imo.

This hotel is very old not very well maintain . Carpets smell and the Lobby is too small and crowded always . I don’t recommend it .

Breakfast could be better, more variety like yogurt, more fruits, variety of pastries,

They have an hourly scheduled shuttle to the Medical Centers which is so convenient and helpful as I was visiting an ill family member and didn't know my way around. It was hot too so abit of respite from heat. The breakfast staff was so nice -you felt like your grandma was telling you to relax and eat... they brought me tea, checked on everyone, cleaned up to make space, remembered guests..... Awesome cookies!

I truly appreciated the housekeeping staff taking the time to clean my room while I was out. That made my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was disappointing. Other than that, I had a great experience and will definitely look forward to staying here again! Also the warm cookies!!

Im a cancer patient at MD Anderson couldn't get a discount. I have to go back in Dec for surgery. I wish you offered a discount for MD Anderson very pricey. I ask staff at front desk. But no discount. I have stayed twice at this hotel. Plus parking is $20 day. So if your stat is 4 to 8 days that adds up for cancer patients and family. The price for MD Anderson patients. I have surgery in Dec I travel four hour to get to Houston . I even joined the honors program but not much of a discount. PLus parking is $20 a day. Plus no breakfast! No incentives. Nora Chappell

Tired building (popcorn ceilings and failing GFCI in kitchen and strobing fluorescent in the bathroom).

Location was perfect. Facility was great. Staff was great.

I’ve never seen hotel staff so friendly and helpful. They are very sensitive to guests that are there getting treatment or visiting loved ones at the hospitals nearby. The property is very close to MD Anderson with an hourly shuttle five days a week and also just a 15 minute walk. The rooms were very restful, clean, and quiet. A great stay!
