Everything is perfect. Perhaps a little revamping of the rooms could eventually be useful but the staff, amenities and bed quality make it easy to recommend.

Great club suite lovely staff!

Clean room and professional staff

We tried the main restaurant and the bar restaurant on successive nights. The food we ordered in the main restaurant was poor quality. The food in the bar/restaurant was okay but the service was inconsistent. Also, having a specialty coffee maker in the room vs a regular one caused us not to use it.

Restaurat. With bad quality cooking

Gear stay always. Staff is amazing and the Bellman Buddha I always remember. Although the Club Intercontinental breakfast has been lacking in quality lately but still decent.

TV mounted at bed level is common and RIDICULOUS!

Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and upscale, with a quiet atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. I’d definitely stay again.

We were there two nights. Housekeeping never came to our room. Bathroom vanity door pull fell off when my wife brushed against it. Bathroom sliding door would not close.
