Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center

Great location, clean and safe sorroundings No complimentary breakfast

Great location and clean

.

Everything came out great and smooth no problems with anything except a small delay with our room. We did have to wait an extra hour to check it.

Room was great, staff was helpful

Enjoyed the stay, staff was very helpful and courteous.

I had cold shower during my stay . NO WATER HEATER

Exceptional

Paid twice for parking.

The room was clean but there were bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. No hot water that day we arrived not happy about this

Exceptional

Friendly staff. Shamrock Bar and bartender were great!

The place was nice overall, but unfortunately, the blankets and sheets had an unpleasant smell. Also, the cleaning staff tried to open the door twice while we were inside, which made us feel uncomfortable and was concerning from a privacy standpoint.

Bathroom in our room needed updated. Shower faucet was broken and needed fixed and light switch in bathroom needed replaced. Staff got the faucet fixed right away. Lobby bar staff was polite and personable. 9th floor outdoor pool and patio area was nice.

Damage visible around the room at foot level at multiple points. A chunk of the bottom of the door is missing, large enough for a mouse to walk through. Although there are no mouses or other pests thankfully. Room 1406.

Room was basic, but worked. Sink was dirty and the remote didn't work. Front desk didn't have another remote that worked. The coffee in the room was less than impressive. It worked for a nights sleep.

Staff very friendly It was not very clean at all

Room was dingy and a bit dirty. A crawler of some sort in the bathroom and toilet had clearly not been cleaned from previous visitors. Had to call down after room service and we had no towels replaced. Tv needs to be upgraded, peasant vision with few channels. “Funky” smell in the room.

I got a King bed and preferred two beds hard to get wifi ; no microwave

I like the room we were in, I just wish we could of open the sliding door and enjoy the pool from the top Couldn't open the sliding door and free buffet would be nice
