Crescent Bay Inn

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and nice view of ocean. Carpet could use a good steam cleaning. Bed sheets clean but worn, could use new sheets. Would stay again.

Stays in Laguna Beach are generally expensive. This hotel was reasonably priced, walking distance to Crescent Beach, and close to downtown Laguna Beach (20 min walk) or 5 min drive. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. They have beach towels and chairs to borrow, and an outdoor shower to clean off all that beach sand. The owners were very accommodating of our late check in and responded to all communications promptly. The buildings and rooms are dated and a bit worn, but for the price in this location and proximity to the ocean, it felt reasonable.

Exceptional

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very helpful. It was very convenient to the local cove beach and a gorgeous sunset spot. A bit of a walk to downtown restaurants, there was a shuttle, but we couldn't time it right to take it.

The location is unbeatable. It's steps from one of the best beaches in Laguna. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, but what really stood out was the service. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful in a way that felt personal and authentic, not like the typical hotel experience. The combination of the location, comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely wonderful service made it feel like an amazing choice. There was truly nothing we needed that we didn’t have. I would absolutely stay here again.

Interior clean, bathroom had high end faucet's 'Grohe'. Room 107 had a Ocean view Outside parking area looks somewhat decrepit. Don't let that harm your visit.

it’s walkable to the beach

We enjoyed the free parking and the short walk to the beach. The staff was great, and the rooms were clean. Also, a very nice bed and bathroom with a big shower The room we had was on the street. Late at night there were too many people racing loud cars, and thankfully I had earplugs or I would not have slept. Get a room towards the lower end of the facility which might help

The owners were so nice and helpful. I was impressed with the room. It was very clean and a beautiful view. It's nice that there is Beach gear free to borrow. I will definitely stay here again.
