Para una noche, no estuvo mal. Pero las instalaciones del hotel lucían algo descuidadas, el olor era extraño, como una mezcla de cigarro, humedad y detergentes de mala calidad.

How it was walking distance to everything and I didn't have to look for parking Nothing

Things not all clean, but it was manageable. However, as we were leaving the hotel, I spotted of small blood on the blanket. I asked my husband if it was his since the room has two beds so I slept one of it and he slept on the other one. I didn't spotted it because I wasn't at that bed. It kinda gross me out.

The location is really the clincher here. It really can’t be beat, right at the entrance to the Niagara Falls park. We parked the car and walked to everything we wanted to see! The beds were very comfortable and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing some age, the breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular - pretty typical. But the locations just can’t be beat! Would opt to stay there again.

Started with check in there was 1 person who seemed like he did not want to be there and I explained that I had TWO reservations to which he said ok everything is all set. We head to the room where the TV remote doesn't work, put the do not disturb sign on the door. 9 pm I call for extra towels, 9:45 I call again because they never came. By 10:15 I head down to get them myself, the workers laughed and said they knew they forgot something. 11 am get someone opening the door and since I have the lock they left, then front office lady comes and says we need to check out to check back in, I told her I wish the guy from the previous night would have let me know this to avoid confusion.

Housekeeping only comes in every 3rd day. Nice that you don't have to vacate the room at any given time, but if you want clean towels, more coffee, etc, you have to request it. Breakfast was okay, tables could stand to be cleaned more often and coffee ran out frequently. Good microbrewery in rear of hotel and Niagara Falls park is right across the street.
