Delta Hotels by Marriott Norfolk Airport

The shuttle service was excellent. I didnt get the chance to get the elderly gentlemand name who was doing morning afternoon shuttles, he was superb. He recommended places shop etc. He was always willing to assist. The hotel has an assert in him..always pleasant.

Close to Airport. Room was clean and sheets were pressed. They charged $10 per night to park in a huge lot. Seemed petty to me with so much space!

. Waitress was wonderful!!!! Food was terrible.

Passable

The facility was clean and the staff was accommodating.

Very good

This was our second stay and we booked already for December.

Superb

Cleanliness A bit outdated

We then migrated to our room - Everything was in excellent shape. The bed was great to sleep in, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was perfect. The four of us ventured into the restaurant and were delighted to be served by Chnika Clark. She was a joy. Shared suggestions as to the favorites, and we did purchase and were not disappointed. She was a dynamo. That evening she would end up serving 20 people by herself, and that included the bar as well as tables. She was perfect. We left the next morning at 5 a.m. using the shuttle. Don't know the driver's name, as he was another ambassador. Polite, helpful, and a very safe driver. Recommend this site to anyone traveling, Thanks for great traveling experience.

Nice large rooms, and the free shuttle to the airport was nice.

The room are terrible and dingy

Sofa bed wasn't great. Building is aging. Overall okay stay.

Delta is always as a home!

Good location and friendly staff What i didn't like is you are a paying customer but still have to pay $10 to park in there private parking lot.
