Hampton Inn & Suites Norfolk-Airport

Property was great, loved the free airport shuttle. Wish they would have offered a shuttle to the Cruise port. Wonderful free breakfast. Also wished it was a little closer to places to eat as we came in late. But over all this place was great!

Exceptional

The staff and rooms were great just what we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great always stocked and clean. Fresh coffee available all day. Thank you Hampton inn

Clean. Check in was simple. William, front desk, was excellent—Courteous, focused, and a good person to meet after a long day of travel. Room was great. Bed comfy, clean. The bathroom was clean. Towels and linen all looked and felt fresh. The free breakfast was sufficient to load up on some nrg - offered healthy and hearty options.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Location Did not like the powdered eggs.

Very friendly staff, clean and well maintained

The staff are amazing and the hospitality was second to none. Never felt so welcome in a Hotel in my life. Definitely a benchmark for Hampton to follow!

Our stay was amazing; the best Hampton Inn that we have visited and we look forward to returning in the future.

Home away from home

Very nice hotel!

Outstanding Staff Very Clean personal very professional

Nothing, it was an old hotel. It really needs to be updated, old and run down.

Or flight was delayed so we were the last shuttle of the day yet the shuttle driver and front desk clerk were very friendly and helpful

Lobby men's room toilet plugged and overflowing. Peeling paper and dead bugs in the bathroom. Only one chair in a double queen room. Coffee served up grounds. Breakfast marginal. It's a tired 1980s hotel. Without any dining nearby. Avoid.

We stayed there because our flight was cancelled it was close and there is a shuttle service room was of a big size with king size bed . Bed is a bit stiff for us . Didn t taste the breakfast our flight was too early but no bar no restaurant and they do not sell any alcool that was a minus

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. All amenities were in working order. Very good stay.
