Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Norfolk Airport

Good

Excellent customer service...the only thing I didn't like was the shower and lots of water in the bathroom

Very clean and organized

Exceptional

Hotel was great, clean, well appointed and staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location is safe and in a great location.

The carpet was wet by the side of the bed, no microwave, floor must of been dirty,I stepped in the shower to retrieve my toiletries and the shower floor was dirty from my feet, after I showered. Part of my buffet breakfast was cold (potatoes and eggs)

Very quick fast and comfortable

It was beautiful

Free parking and close to the Airport They don’t iron the bedding! It was all crumpled…. Really wrinkled.

This Double Tree was an excellent stay. From the great customer service at the front desk to check out. We got in a little late in the evening and assigned a room to some very nosey folks. We went back to the front desk and they didn’t hesitate to change our rooms to a quieter hall. The pillows slept very well which is a plus!! We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food and service looked good though. The property was kept clean and the room was too. Looking forward to our stay in the future. Highly recommend!

No one was around when checking in at 2AM. The back door was unlocked so we checked and there was no one. No security, no front desk, and no one in the back. Finally after 20 minutes, some one came from the side door. Room was booked for two queens but they gave us two double beds on the first floor. YOU DO NOT WANT THE FIRST FLOOR. The rooms are damp!!!!!! Do not check in late, they will give your room to another guest. AND to top it off, was not given any cookies... smh. I don't think I will book this hotel ever again.

Staff Room wasn’t cleaned properly - empty bottles & toothpaste down back of door. Maybe we were unlucky?!

In town to board a cruise ship a few weeks ago. I stay at this hotel the night prior, each cruise. The on-site restaurant is delicious as well as friendly wait staff. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and accommodating. I love that they offer a shuttle service to and from the port for a very affordable fee to not only be driven to the port, but also be able to leave my vehicle parked at the hotel for the duration of the cruise. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Convenient and close to the port.
