La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Norfolk

Found empty beer bottle next to bed, lamps were rusty, trim was missing, room was humid and sticky. Elevator was extremely slow. Front doors didn’t shut all the way. Toilet barely flushed.

There wasn't any Shampoo, Conditioner, or Wash in the containers in the shower. Misleading, and I had to get out of the shower to go get mine out of my luggage. Other than that it was great

Room it was clean, but the hallways and outside was very dirty. Even had robert gloves in front of the elevator and large trash cans at the side of the elevator that were full. There was no basket for the coffee maker and asked twice for it - never received it. One of the TV's did not work. No soap in the shower and only 2 towels. At breakfast service, there was no butter and the chocolate milk was frozen. They didn't come and clean the room while we were there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Trash in public areas needed to addressed

They were out of hand soap and body wash It was not very clean and smelled musty

The cleanliness was mid- there was hair in our tub, the tile floors in entry and breakfast room were dirty & sticky. Overall, it was a nice stay, just would’ve preferred a little cleaner.

Close to airport The room smelled like mold the carpet was wet around the air conditioner. The refrigerator did not work. The microwave was not cleaned. There was no hand soap in the dispenser nor hand soap in the dispenser in the shower. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. the bathroom did not look like it was cleaned thoroughly.

Exceptional

Eggs were undesirable. No regular syrup or butter for the waffles. Waited 10 minutes before someone came to check me in around 4 pm.

Y en el cuarto no avía papel de baño no avía jabón para las manos no tenían shampoo ni jabón la verdad fue de lo peor esta estancia espero y cambien todo !!

Exceptional

Carpet frayed. Comforter was lumpy. Pillows small. Boasts they provide shampoo, wash, soap but there was no bath soap. People in room above use were horribly loud and sounded like they would come through our ceiling at 11:30pm. Front desk staff was not very helpful. Said they would look into it. Continued for another 45 minutes to an hour.

They canceled my reservation without any notification.

My room was canceled after it had been paid for so I had to get another room for a higher rate

The breakfast was better than I expected. I liked the fact that there was a little gym and indoor pool even though the water was freezing. The room was underwhelming. The bedding an walls weren’t clean, the pool was cold and towels weren’t stocked. The staff, specifically the front desk night shift staff, was particularly unpleasant when I brought my issues up about the cleanliness of my room.

Staff was nice breakfast was good and room cleaner came out to give us our pillows we forgot
