Great service clean rooms
-
Room was way outdated, the bathroom snout, like raw sewage, shower had no pressure lights, didn't work, air conditioning was really low and old. Most of the breakfast was dry and old.The only one thing good about it was the omelet bar

Front desk was very personable and friendly. Rooms were very clean and well kept. We had issues booked with the hotel prior to booking this hotel when we told the staff on arrival they were very apologetic and upgraded for services for the rest of our stay. Can't say enough about this place, we will definitely stay again and tell others! Bonus was seeing all the sweet dogs staying in the hotel also!

Location was ok Overpriced for really outdated rooms. The smell was absolutely awful. We couldn’t stay, we had to leave early. Didn’t even stay in the room it was so bad.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff members encountered were all courteous and friendly.

The hotel was nice, but the elevator was malfunctioning. Also the bed was so uncomfortable that we might as well slept on the floor. It was terrible! The pillows were also useless. It was a terrible nights sleep. The location was great but we will not be staying here again.

So when we got there check in with great. The lady at the desk was awesom, very attentive and answered any that we may have had. Now when I initially booked the reservation, I had asked for a microwave to be put in the room, just to be told that it would be and then get there and it not be. So when we got there we were told something different about the microwave. When we got into the room it was extremely cold. We spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to either turn the thermostat down or off. Once we got it, off the room was still extremely cold. We still had sleep fully clothed. I also ask for extra soap upon arrival. We never got the extra soap. Now when we went to check out we were almost billed $250 for smoking. My husband and I don't smoke and our guest to great care to go outside to her car and smoke the few times that she did. The gentleman that checked us out said that there was a sensor up under the tv, (in which we knew absolutely nothing about) He said that it went off on their end and detected smoke. So there was absolutely no smoking going on in the room. So to get blindsided by this bogus allegation was totally absurd. It literally had me in tears because I could not believe this had happened. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone you definitely don't get your money's worth.

Loved the outdoor pool! Will visit again

1. The outdoor pool cleaning wasn't completed until 11am on a very warm day, and it seems that should be able to be finished in time for guests to enjoy the pool every day during pool hours. 2. Of the 3 elevators, one wasn't working at all, one required a trip to the 6th floor before going down, and the other worked. There was a sign (with graphics, very attractive) posted in the elevators saying we were all on an adventure while the elevators are being repaired. How long does that take? Long enough that it required a graphic designer to create and post a flyer with an unknown date of repair completion. Very odd. 3. There wasn't decaf coffee available in the morning in the lobby.

Loved the pool! A definite highlight for families traveling together.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We stayed because of the outside pool, which was really nice to have during summer weather. The indoor pool room was a little rough, with needing some repairs - other than that, clean and well kept overall. We will stay again!
