Fairfield Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Township

Love that I canget picked up at thr car rental facility , then later delivered to local airport. Great convenience. Hotel has everything I need, and timely service as requested.

Breakfast was good though so it made up for the crap coffee.

Room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy, staff was very kind and breakfast was good. I would stay again and would recommend!

We stayed for one night and it was great!!

Much better place to stay now that they're not charging for parking any more. Not really walkable to many places but very close to lots of good stuff.

Pretty clean overall. Most staff were nice & helpful. Pretty good breakfast. Pool & spa were nice but spa was a little too hot.

Room and hallways smelt funny. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Stains on bedding, stains on the walls. Bathroom counter looked like it was maybe wipes down half assed. Dust on everything.

The room was very damp, smelled of mildew and the bathroom door did not close properly.

Location is fine. Bed was too soft. TV remote was weak.

They let us check super early after traveling from New York. The front desk lady was really nice .

Five star accommodations at a two star Price I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Everything, awesome customer service. Needed a map of Pittsburgh and she had something better a city magazine with all kinds of things to do and visit. Did go see my favorite Team the Pirates. This trip was a birthday gift from my Grandson.

Being a Fairfield, I was expecting a 5 start experience and saying it was even a 3 star would be a compliment to the experience. Front desk wouldn't stop their conversation to come assist for awhile at check-in. When they finally did assist, they lacked any emotions and I even had to prompt them to tell me times for pool, breakfast, etc. Later, my family decided to go use the hot tub. It was so hot that we all were red after a few minutes and could only handle it for a short time. The outside door was also opened and the trash can was pushed in front of it. When I asked another guest about this, they stated the front desk did this. When it was shower time, a few of the tiles on the bathroom floor were broken/loose, and even pinched my feet a few times. The shower head was loose and you could not get the head to stay in a position due to it and the water draining was extremely slow. For a 5 minute shower, I had at least 3 inches of water accumulated at the bottom (felt like my feet were taking a bath). To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The only redeeming qualities were that the breakfast was very good. I expected more from this hotel chain, and that's why I booked it for my memorable family weekend get away. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location (or maybe not a sad thing based off of the experience)!

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located.

Good quiet place to stay. And if you get bored you can go outside and watch some incoming planes
