Great hotel

Nice hotel, good location, tasty breakfast, really nice fitness room. Lots of nice places to visit within walking distance - coffee shops, restaurants, shops.

We stayed a quick one night here. Didn’t really get to spend too much time at the hotel but it was nice! They have a rooftop bar and a bar inside. The room was nice and clean. Staff were all friendly

Breakfast overpriced

The staff was very friendly and helpful Sam at the lobby bar made great drinks and had some nice recommendations on local restaurants,Sydney was friendly and very helpful at rooftop restaurant at lunch.

Almond milk with coffee set up. Beautiful room. Housekeeping did not clean out drain in shower, drain was under metal enclosure under to access or assess that multiple past guests hair was clogging drain. My elderly mom slipped in bathroom due to floor flooding. Called front desk who sent maintenance who took pictures of drain and reported to housekeeping. Next day my mom couldn’t walk. Reported to hotel. Response was “I am sorry”. This is difficult to accept as me and my mom travel to Portsmouth every year for last 5 years

Excellent location, staff and amenities. Rooftop restaurant and breakfast food & service very good. Valet attendant was very warm & welcoming. Set a good tone for checking in.

Was in town for a wedding. Hotel was fabulous. Big rooms. Very clean. Great roof top bar!

The stay was amazing beautiful rooms the only issue i have is for what you pay for a room i belive parking and breakfast should be included

I believe three people called out sick, so our experience at the rooftop restaurant Envio was absolutely terrible. We waited half hour in line just to check in for our reservation. We didn’t get our drinks and appetizers until an hour after ordering. It wasn’t the fault of the staff that was present, but the restaurant should not have been open because they were unable to accommodate guests. We did not remain to order a main course. The rest of our stay at the hotel was fantastic, however.

Clean hotel excellent location

Property was well maintained, clean, with polite staff. Price was on higher side and does NOT include WiFi (unless you sign up for extra member services), and does not include parking (must pay for street parking or pay for valet).

The hotel lobby is beautiful! We went to the rooftop for dinner and they didn’t have enough help.

I found it to be understaffed. A big line at the Valet Parking, a big line at check in and a big line at the restaurant, all with only 1 person working those posts and ignoring everyone but the 1 person they are helping.

The staff was outstanding . Special callout to Anthony at the rooftop bar!!!

Checked in at 10 PM it was not busy. The valet wouldn’t let me put our bags in the room before coming back to self park. One of the worst service experiences that I’ve had checking in to an otherwise nice hotel.

The best part of stay was breakfast

Greta location and nice hotel. Please note there are no longer any water view rooms due to construction. Bikes available to use a huge plus. Overall great choice!
